No. PrenupsAI explains the language already in your document and helps you prepare informed questions. It does not tell you whether to sign, change clauses, or replace advice from a licensed lawyer.
Does anyone else see my review?+
No. There is no account and no email capture. The report stays in the browser tab you use unless you download or print it.
What happens to my document?+
The application extracts the file in server memory and does not save the source file or report. Extracted text is sent to the OpenAI API with response storage disabled. Retention depends on the published OpenAI mode for this site; see Privacy.
What files can I use?+
Use a text-based PDF, DOCX, or TXT from Files, email, or iCloud, up to 12 MB. Phone photos, screenshots, and scanned-image PDFs are not supported yet because every quote must be checked against extractable text. Ask for the original file if you only have a picture.
How long does a review take?+
Most documents should be ready in a few minutes. Keep the tab open: the beta returns the report directly and deliberately does not retain a report link.
Which states are supported?+
All 50 U.S. states now have section-verified statutory or common-law resource packages. They are ready for evidence-backed educational analysis without prior attorney endorsement.
What if it is a postnup—or already signed?+
We can still explain the document, but the report will clearly note that postnuptial agreements and signed documents may raise different questions for a lawyer.
